1. Digital Products
All products available on SSC Decoded, including ebooks, PDF notes, study materials, practice resources, and other downloadable content, are digital products delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or made available for download, it cannot be returned. Therefore, refunds are generally not provided after successful delivery.
3. Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be considered in the following situations:
